Oolong tea is my favorite tea. To get get oolong tea, it is let out to oxidize longer than green tea but less than black tea. Oolong tea offers great health benefits such as antioxidants, cancer prevention, increase your metabolism and even help you lose weight fast! To lose weight faster than just exercise alone, add oolong tea!

To help improve your metabolism drink a cup of oolong tea 3x’s per day BEFORE your meals this allows the antioxidants to get to work. Oolong tea is also great to boost your energy as it has caffeine, though a smaller amount than coffee, which helps suppress your appetite. This is why drinking it before your meals is a great thing to do.

Oolong tea is also a great way to curb those unhealthy food cravings! You take about 5-10 tea bags (depending on what strength you want) and brew it in a quart of hot water for ten minutes. Once that is finished brewing go a head and put some stevia in it and let it cool. Once it has cooled transfer it to a container for the fridge and store it in there. So once you get hungry for a snack you can drink a glass of tea instead.

Oolong tea can even help you with dessert! Brew some oolong tea and pour it into ice trays and allow to freeze. When you want a dessert put 4 or 5 cubes into a blender, add a tablespoon of honey and 2 drops of peppermint extract and Blend!

You can also add lemon to the oolong to create a new flavor. You can also get the CO2 cartridges and have Ooolong tea “soda”! So you still get the bubbly that you are looking for without all the bad ingredients and calories!
