So we’ve all heard how good omega 3 fatty acids are for you, but we all hate that fishy after taste! So where can you get them other than from fish oil?  Well you can get them from multiple plants and seeds including hemp seeds, but you can ALSO get them from some herbs and spices!

First, why exactly is omega-3 fatty acids good for you? Omega-3’s are referred to as ALA, Alpha-linolenic acid, EPA, eicosapentaenoic, and DHA, docosahexaenoic acid.
